I’m really disappointed with my experience. I got dip powder nails done here and they didn’t even last a full week. My nails have never broken the way they did after this service. The quality was poor, and for the price I expected something that would actually hold up. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

I went to PS nails because my usual nail salon was booked up, but I will never be coming back here again. This is without exaggeration the worst French tip I have ever gotten. The acrylic application itself is lacking in technique. Some nails are thicker than others and all of them are different shapes. Here is a what I asked for vs what I got. The nails I got are bulbous, wonky and full of lint. The application in general was just sloppy and left acrylic on my skin and cuticles. To create the French tip, the nail technician would cover the tip in white polish then wipe it away using nail polish remover. Because of this there are white polish streaks all through my nails and the shape of my french tip is nothing like i asked for. I tried telling him 3 different times that this was not the

I came for a nail removal of gel extensions. There was not attention to the health of my nails & skin in removal. My skin started peeling off due to the soaking in the acetone liquid. At first, he tried just to pull my nail off using a tool as the main method of removal, which is not healthy. I then asked for a soak, which lead to some kind of burning or peeling of my skin. I expressed being worried & unhappy with the service & did not receive much care. The removal was also expensive, costing $22. I am also worried that in the removal they removed layers of my actual nail, on top of the damage to my skin. My skin on my fingers immediately feels weaker/like something is wrong. I dont recommend if you’re worried about nail health & care.

Came here because I was visiting a friend in Chicago—I really recommend going to a different place! This shop was one of the dirtier feeling nail salons I’ve been in. It seemed like multiple techs were sick—hacking coughs (all masked but still) with one tech getting sick, audibly, in the bathroom. I got gel pedicure and the man doing my nails did not cure the polish enough and within an hour after leaving I have a rubbed off patch on mg big toe. I’ve literally never had this happen before. It is cheap though so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

They were very nice and they told me it was going to cost 39 to do gel , When he started taking off my previous gel he saw that it won't be simple and it took him over an hour just to take it off. He took off alot of my own nail layers and even a few days after I still feel the thin thin nails I have because of what he did. On top of that he put my hands in this liquid that dried my skin (burnt it) and until today my skin is peeling off and sensitive because of the liquid my hands were in during the manicure. When he finished he said it is 44 , I don't understand what changed and why he took a higher price. Again they were very nice but they ruined my fingers skin and my nails.
