PS Business Parks

Our business is going on our 10th year here as a tenant. There's been many changes in this area with all of the nearby new shopping centers sprouting up. It's great that PS Business Parks takes their responsibilities as a property manager seriously. The disappearance of abandoned cars or people loitering is a perfect example of how effective they are. They use awesome landscapers that are so neat and mindful of our work hours. I also like that I can contact their office and most any one over there will usually try to assist - you don't ever have to leave messages. The maintenance crew is terrific and refreshingly helpful. Mostly, I like that the tenants in this huge commercial office park are professional, courteous and look out for one another.

Great place to start and/or run your business, incubate a new start up, with a range of many sizes, different configurations, you can choose simple office space, office with a roll up door if you need to move inventory and anything in between.
