I had such a great experience here! The salon was super clean, the staff was friendly, and they took their time to make sure everything looked perfect. My nails came out exactly how I wanted—shaped beautifully and the polish was flawless. Jack is very talented and gave me the perfect heart shaped cateye set. The whole appointment felt relaxing and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back!💖

Came here to treat my best friend and myself to manicures and pedicures for her birthday. Her experience with Kim was phenomenal - this review is no reflection on that. Kim was great, her cat eye nails looked perfect, and if I ever go back, it'll only be to see Kim. My experience with Nikki (and the salon as a whole) was very different. We come in, I say I want a full set of acrylics, French manicure with a bit of sparkle. We're choosing our pedicure colors, and a man physically rushes us from the lobby to the pedicure chairs, holding a folder with a few dozen nail swatches in it. We try to tell him we don't want those colors, we are still looking and he keeps literally shoving this single folder at us. I booked a gel manicure with nail art. They clearly didn’t even look to see what I was booked for because they put me with someone who cannot do nail art. When I asked if a simple design could be done he just shook his head no. I said “okay” and was going to walk away without it done because he had already picked up the top coat and was ready to move on without asking any questions. Luckily the woman next to him said that someone could do it for me. Someone did do the design for me which was okay. Overall, the manicure was not worth the price. It looked below average and didn’t even last me a week. I got them done Thursday 11/13 and they were chipping by the very next day. It is now Wednesday 11/19 and they have all peeled off.

Would give zero stars, but I guess effort counts too, so 1 star. Receptionist was so terrible. Nightmarish job by nail tech. We told them multiple times no dip powder. What did they do? Dip powder - so lumpy and uneven to begin with. The french manicure and nail art? Completely embarrassing. If you can’t do it, just say you can’t! Waste of time and most of all waste of $. I had to take my daughter to completely re-do her nails the next day! 1st picture was done by Providence Nails and 2nd picture was done by Savvy Nail. Spot the difference.

Beautiful and clean nail salon. Jack is an amazing artist!!! I didn’t have to show him any inspo pics. Happy to become a regular :)
