I started going here 5 years ago when my brother in law passed away, I wanted his initials on my nails. They were so sweet & ever since then I've been going to them. My nails always come out how I want them. It's clean and relaxing. They care about their customers. Absolutely love the owner she is the best!

I’ve been getting my nails done with Kim and Lili for about two years now, and they’ve truly become like family. The salon is family-owned, always friendly, professional, and welcoming. I always leave happy with their work!

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! BURNT THE SKIN OFF MY FACE! Recently during my visit here, the owner burned my skin off my face with hot wax when she did my eyebrows(both eyebrows are burnt) and all she said was “sorry”. No empathy, no concern or accountability of what she just did to my face. No money off for the visit or for the next time or anything. She shouldn’t have been rushing and should have checked the wax before putting it onto a clients skin (not checking wax temperature is against health code). Also, it was evident that she was irritated when i asked her if she washed her hands before touching my face, because she was just working with someone’s feet. I went here for a first time last weekend. The nail technician did my nails okay, not exactly what I wanted. She cut my finger, said sorry and proceeded with the service. She used a reusable buffer and smeared the blood which really grossed me out. She used a heater to dry my acrylic and it was burning my nails so badly so I removed my hand after a few minutes. She picked my hand up and placed it back under the heater. I then told her that it is burning. My friend is a regular here so maybe not all the nail technicians are this rude but my experience was bad. Not a fan and I won’t be back.

Made an appointment in advance only to have two men put in front of me, cool didn’t sweat it that much because I was exhausted and really needed my nails done for my b-day trip. Asked for chrome tips and got something else. Next day chrome started peeling off, toes and nails don’t match. A hot mess, don’t come here! And the fact I paid $97 +tip for a refill and gel pedicure is wild…. I would never step foot in here again and I’ll make sure to tell all the ppl I sent there don’t come!
