Protip nails spa

I went here for the first time last week for a pink and white ombré manicure. I had been extremely disappointed with my previous experience at another salon, but Lynn did an amazing job!! I love the way it turned out and will definitely be back. They don’t do the massage, but the results are worth it!

I love this place! I tried a few places in San Jose and always got disappointed. Came with no high expectations to my manicure and pedicure and was surprised for good . The best salon I tried do far. They have 7 sterilization machines, all the nail kit come from there and every thing feels clean and sterile, even the carts with all the equipment look clean and well organized unlike other places. The staff is friendly. The pedicure and manicure work were very good as well as the price.

Protip is truly the best. I have been coming here for 10+ years. They never let me down. Every nail technician is extremely talented so you can never go wrong with any of them. I’m super picky when it comes to my nails and how thin I like them and they always do a great job. Lynn, the owner, is a sweetheart and knows how to treat her customers to where you feel comfort as soon as you walk in. They all remember your name and who you are after a few visits and treat you like family rather than a number. I bring my husband for a pedicure all the time and he can’t wait for the relaxing experience. You won’t be disappointed, definitely check them out.

I discovered Protip this year, from Yelp, and I’m so glad I started coming here! Some salons only have one or two people who can do acrylic or sculpted nails, so you end up waiting forever. But here, all of them can, which is great. Each woman I go with is better than the next and I always leave happy with my nails. Highly recommend!

They are all super sweet, my nails came out so beautifully as well. Definitely coming back! Update, my nails lasted so long and this next set is gorgeous. It really does not matter who does your nails, all the ladies here are so wonderful at what they do. They take pride in their work and are attentive to anyone who walks in.
