I give a one star because they were kind. But a no star because the older Vietnamese lady cut my second toe when she was taking off my old nail polish with a grinder thing. She was not careful and cut my skin on my second toe!! Then she asks if i want a manicure, which i agreed but i also had old polish on it(black) and she does NOT remove it completely which sucked for the 92 dollars i paid for pedi and manicure!! Will NOT RETURN!! First experience tells you everything!! Plus SHE WAS HURRYING because several ladies walked in! I think that also played a big part. When she did my manicure I thought they suppose to let u go wash ur hands and she did NOT! Especially after they are using that grinder to remove nail polish !!!
I walked in and was attended to immediately!! They did such a great job asking me questions assuring they were giving me exactly what I wanted. Ben did my nails and he helped me enjoy every second of my experience!! Will definitely be back
My girlfriend got her nails done and they look amazing!!
