I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a relaxing atmosphere. The space is clean, beautifully maintained, and has such a calming vibe—it immediately put me at ease. I’m a chronic nail biter and have been too embarrassed to make an appointment at a nail salon . I even called a few times and the gentleman who answered the phone literally made me so comfortable that I booked . My nail technician was amazing—gentle, detail-oriented, and incredibly skilled. Joanna, the owner, goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and her team. The entire staff is so kind, attentive, and professional they really take the time to listen to what you want and make sure you leave feeling your best. It’s such a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere where you feel like you’re among friends.

Proper & Polished in Fair Haven is an amazing full service salon. All of the employees are kind and talented. The Salon is immaculate and they even provide a nice seating area outside for non-customers. They are always happy to give back to their community and have supported many local charitable organizations with donations. The Fair Haven community is lucky to have such a wonderful business in our small town. I wholeheartedly recommend Proper & Polished.

I was a new customer and on my way to my appointment. I had a last-minute work meeting come up and when I called to reschedule the appointment the girl on the phone was so rude and still charged me half of the service even though I was going to reschedule.. I am new to the area and was looking for a new nail salon and now I can cross this one off my list how rude absolutely disappointed
