Proper Gentleman

Devin was amazing. Made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole cut while walking me through what she was doing. She was also offering/ explaining different options of what I could get done that I wasn’t familiar with. Ever since she bought the shop she has put in a tremendous amount of effort and dedication to enhance her customer’s experience.

Had an appt scheduled today with Devin as I was traveling to Philly and needed a cut. Received a call back saying she isn’t accepting new clients and I’m being moved to another person yet the website showed availability and allowed me to book. Was coming here based off a recommendation for her not others so I cancelled. I’m sure the others are fine but that’s not why I chose to come here.. oh well, found another place

Every visit here is a great experience! The barbershop is clean, stylish, and well-run, and Devin and the team always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with my haircut.

Devin is the best in Philly, no question. She’s amazing at what she does and always makes sure her clients are taken care of. Super accommodating, doubles as an phycologist ;), and always delivers a clean, precise cut. “Proper Gentlemen” is the spot, don't think twice about it.
