I went in as a walk in and was pleasantly surprised to be seen right away. I was limited on time and had a gel pedi and mani in only an hour and 15 minutes. They were both very friendly and efficient. Will be going back!

They were short-staffed today, which I understood. I called and made an appointment ahead. I felt like my toes came out well, but I didn’t like the way my nails looked. I often commented that the design didn’t look right. I don’t think she understood me at all. It felt like she rushed through it to get to other clients. She applied such a light coat that my natural nails are showing. I was getting done acrylic nails. Some parts already looked chipped, even though I got them done today. By the end, I was annoyed because I had brought up these issues multiple times. I still paid $120, plus a $12 tip at the end of the day, I should've left. I needed my nails done for my event. I am a life-long resident of Cumberland and have been to every nail salon in town over the years. I've always loved having my nails done, but when I became a mom I found it much harder to find the time to spend 2+ hours at a salon every few weeks, while juggling 3 young kids (twin babies) and a 50+ hour a week career. I'd be anxiously staring at the clock each time I went to a local salon and the nail tech would abruptly pause to do something else momentarily. While most salons, including Pro Nails offer the option for a great relaxed pampering session, I am at a stage in life where I want to get in, get my nails done and get back to life as quickly as possible. Being referred to Jenny at Pro Nails was my saving grace. She made it possible for me to continue to enjoy having my nails done,
