BABY!!! I drove 40 mins to see Smiley and my only regret is I didn’t find her sooner. The vibes in the salon are immaculate and Godly, and Smiley has the hands of a pro. She was gentle and met every single expectation I had. I will most definitely be returning!

I love it @Promise the Customer service is awesome. Smiley is the Best, its not just her its everyone there. The atmosphere is so comfortable the styles comes out perfectly and the pricing is on point. Very Clean and safe establishment. Since I started going to Promise I dont trust no one else with my hair the good energy and vibe touching my Crown is important to me someone wit knowledge and who cares. So worth it!!

I went to promise hair salon based on videos I saw on instagram so I was a little skeptical. With traffic I was about 1 hr away from the salon so I got there at 10 am and they open at 9 am. Upon arrival I was greeted right away by the salon owner who was sweetheart and very attentive to all her customers. I explained to her what I was looking to get and was even able to buy my hair bundles at the shop. The hair was nice and soft and had no chemical smell to it. I told her I wanted a sew in with some leave out around my perimeter and some on top. My edges are really thin and damaged so I took her suggestion of not leaving leave out on the sides just the top and she knows what she is talking about I don’t think it would have looked good out. I asked for a middle part and layers and got exact

I followed the social media hype & the referral did not disappoint! Convenient location w/ street parking! Clean & welcoming salon. Greeted at the door and service started immediately. Staff is efficient and very friendly. The ambiance is calm and smooth. It’s a salon so it’s not quiet but there isn’t loud yelling and talking over the blow dryers either. It’s organized and well worth the price.

1000/10!! My first time coming here and I got a color w/ highlight, a blowout and a layered trim and let me tell you… I felt like a little girl again. Smiley was so diligent and informative with my hair, she explained every single step so that I wasn't left astray. I felt comfortable not at all rushed! This is definitely my new spot <3
