No wonder this salon has 5 stars. The service I received was exceptional! Lorraine is fantastic at what she does and her style and approach put you at ease. I was right on time for my 9am silk press appt and within a few mins I was being washed by Jessica who did an excellent job (you know when a wash just feels good?) and she has a fantastic personality. After my wash and treatment/steam, Jessica blew my hair out partially then Lorraine took over for the rest of the blow dry, trim, and silk press (which was my first ever). It came out perfectly! It was for a special occasion so I was truly happy with my results. Lorraine was very thorough, I had a bunch of questions about my hair care and Lorraine patiently answered them.
