Professional Hair Labs

I bought this item twice within a week on Amazon, but both times the product I received was completely dried. I'm wondering how it's possible for a product to be sold without an expiration date and lot number on the label. Moreover, it's concerning that the products I received seem to have expired, as they are completely dried. Please refer to the attached pictures of both dried products.

I made and order, and they shipped putting an different address on my parcel.. I called to find out why my package is taking so long. So they investigated and found that they made a mistake with shipping. Now I have to wait, do to no fought of my own! I will update, if they can make this right on their end "because I think I should get refunded for shipping". Update: they shipped a new batch out for free and refunded me my shipping costs... 6/19/2023 Another update: I made a new order which was the watermelon ghost Bond Adhesive, and it gave 3 client serve chemical burns. I'm hoping I can ship it back to them and just get the original Ghost Bond.

I tried calling Steve back about my application and this lady named rose answered but kept hanging up on me when I was trying to talk
