They never call you back. Don't think they have enough stylists. If you can't get in then they put on a waiting list for a month. Don't expect to hear back, just go somewhere else.

Brigitte at PHD always does an amazing job with my hair! She’s a great listener and is careful to make sure we are on the same page. Everyone at the salon is professional and I’ve only had good experiences.

I will never go anywhere else! I have been going here since they opened. When I lived in Edwardsville, I would drive back and forth just to get my hair done. Friendly staff, great atmosphere.

Impossible to get an appointment. Everytime I call someone says they'll send out a group message and someone will call me. I've called several times in the last year. It's a shame because they did a great job back when they would give me an appointment.
