Outstanding place. Been going since they moved from north Plymouth years ago. The women who work there are fantastic. Honestly, the decor/painting inside is absolutely awful. Not sure who decided on the color/style but it is frighteningly bad. Especially the doors in the waiting area and the large window next to it. Looks like it was painted by a kid. Thankfully the women who work there overshadow the decor

Fantastic experience. From the receptionist to the stylist everyone super friendly and accommodating

The receptionist was great, super friendly. I didn’t even need to wait 5 minutes as a Saturday walk in, so maybe I just picked a good time (2:00). The haircut was quick, but detailed, and I am loving how my hair looks and feels. I will definitely be back.

They told us an hour wait for walk ins. They encouraged us to leave while waiting. They refused to take our contact number. We came back after 45 minutes to be told that we lost our spot and there are 4 people ahead of us. We spent an hour getting my kid a hair cut, and did not end up getting one.

My hair was cut way too short and layers cut incorrectly
