I took my 20 month old toddler and they did a great job. The woman that cut his hair was patient and did and awesome job. They even gave him a sticker afterwards. I really appreciate having a walk in place near us so that we can just go when our busy schedules allow we can bring him somewhere quickly.

Do NOT go here. I'll start by saying I've been going to this Procuts for years. 20% of the time they do a good job (and to those stylists who actually listen and care, thank you), 40% of the time it's "eh, it'll grow back, whatever" and the other 40% is "does this lady need her eyes and ears checked?" They don't understand or care to hear any unit of measurement. I want one inch off the top...they take 4" or 5". Two inches off the back...how about 3 or 4. I'm not exaggerating, its that bad. The revolving door of hair stylists seems like they hire the new ones out of the back alleyway. I've had my haircut butchered for the last time. I'm never going back again.

Yesterday, I decided I needed to get a little trim. This is my first time trying this place out and will also be my last. I was upset by how my haircut turned out and when I asked for a refund, they locked me in and beat me up until I was on the floor. I was so beaten up I couldn’t move. That’s when this blue haired boy came over to me. He sat me up and I noticed there was something in his hand. He then reaches over the top of my head with the objects he had in his hand. I hear him yell, “ LET IT RIP!” Suddenly, I feel something fall and roll around on my head. Turns out, he was playing with a beyblade and was using my head/hair as a beystadium (arena for beyblades). Never returning to this place.

My husband stopped in to get a haircut, it was his first time there, since we recently moved to Wareham. There was only one person working, and 4 waiting for their turn. When he tried to check in the woman said there were 4 ahead of him. That was fine, so he asked if she knew about how long the wait might be. Instead of giving him an estimate of the wait time, she said sarcastically... "why do you have someplace you need to be?" Pretty crappy customer relations. It was his first and last attempt to go there. I am sure there are plenty of other places that will appreciate his business.
