I’ve gone a few times to get my haircut here, and it’s been fine. Not incredibly professional nor precise, but friendly enough. However, this last time I went to get my hair colored. Kassidy was double booked, so as she and I were talking, she pointed out a man that she needed to get to, despite starting 30 minutes late with me. The process was very rushed and we had to completely switch from what I went in for to something quicker for her. She tried to do “partial balayage” but put bleach on my hair in uneven patches, completely ignoring all of the hair in the back. People were telling her as she started bleaching me that a man was waiting for her to cut and she said she’d be done with me in 10-15 minutes. I had a hiccup with a recent haircut at Process after over seven years of consistently great experiences there. So, I reached out to the owner, Barri, who was incredibly kind, validating, and accommodating. She personally brought me in to recut my hair and went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of, even setting me up with great products to support my hair as it grows back. I couldn’t be more grateful for her care and professionalism, she truly went above and beyond to make things right.

I had a haircut today from Josh and it was the best haircut I had in years. I have curly hair, not too curly but let’s say curly to wavy depending on how I do it, and it is very hard to get a decent haircut in this town. I spent years looking for a person that cuts hair well enough to make my hair fluffy, stylish, and easy to use. Josh did an amazing job, it’s exactly as I hoped and worth every dollar I paid. Josh listened to what I wanted from this haircut and also wasn’t hesitant to make recommendations as needed, which I am very happy about. He executed it perfectly. He is also very polite and easy to talk to. In addition even though I was second to last person I didn’t feel rushed but it also wasn’t too slow. I ran across Process when I was looking for my wedding hair stylist. I went in for my trial appointment and was thrilled, they have such a great space and their people are amazing. Kim did my wedding hair and completely knocked it out of the park. She looked at my semi-inspiration photos, listened to what I described, understood what I actually wanted, and did such a beautiful job. On the day of, she was such a gem to be around and also did a really great job with the bridesmaids’ hair. They are now my favorite salon - I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
