They were very patient with me while I selected all my polishes and were very attentive to the shape I asked for. Their pedicures are good as well but be aware they use the grater foot scraper so just keep an eye out for cleanliness. 3 stars because their fill ins are expensive you’re almost better off getting a fresh set.

I’m really hoping this reaches the owners and who it may concern ! I’ve been here a few times I don’t see you have your prices up on the board so paying customers can see ! You’re speaking a different languages thinking that your Customers cannot understand What you’re saying … but some of us do understand you that’s unprofessional People come for service not to gossip about your clients and then we have to pay you and tip you Some of the conversations that I hear talking about customers, it’s not OK because you don’t know what someone is going through! If you ask to fix something or sanitize an instrument Especially these days, you have to Clean your equipment clean the tables, wipe down their equipment! , it should not be a problem If I asked you to do so!

If I could shut this place down myself, I WOULD. I had the worst nail salon experience in my entire life at Procare Nails. The workers are, UNLICENSED, EXTREMELY unprofessional, and hostile (THE PAYING CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT). I came for a pedicure but after they asked for a 5th time if I needed my fingernails done, I said fine. Fast forward, I didn't like how my nails came out and I guess that offended the manager because instead of hearing me out and fixing them, she wanted to argue and convince me that my nature nail bed is curved and wide so that's why the acrylic was BULKY 😂. Mind you, she didn't see my nail bed because she didn't do my nails. Ms. Manager argued with me soooo hard, it made me feel like I needed to have my guard up. Vicky and B are the best!!! Had a little unhappy situation a couple months ago and Vicky fixed it IMMEDIATELY! I recommend speaking with her FIRST before leaving negative reviews and allow her to make it right if you are not satisfied. It’s u fair to not allow a business to correct an issue. That being said, I’m always happy and B and Vicky execute every ask perfectly!! I’m a loyal customer who also tips well! The service is slightly more than others but you get what you pay for! This is the second time I came in and I ABSOLUTELY don’t recommend! My first experience with the older man with glasses was horrific!!! I asked if a certain design could be done, and he confirmed he could do it. Not only could he not do the design which in my opinion was basic for what’s out here these days, but the nails were all different shapes width and length. I paid including tip $75.00. Completely disappointed. Second time around (my mistake should NEVER have gone back!) my coworker convinced me to go back because her nails actually looked good and recommended I have one of the ladies do them.
