ProActive Therapeutic Massage

I've been going to Harrison at ProActive massage for about a year and a half now and recently purchased a 'pack' of messages because I love them so much! (and love saving money!! lol). I appreciate the deep tissue work as I need a strong touch/lots of pressure and I always feel great/invigorated afterward. I do computer-based work and many days a week sit for 10+ hours (so shoulder/neck/upper back pain from admittedly poor posture - but working on it and appreciate Harrison's reminders to do so), but also play soccer 3-4 days/week and need varied and focused care from time to time. He has really listened to me and worked on specific issues when I need it but also simply done a full body when I'm in need of an escape. The only downside is I wish I could afford a massage every week! Harris

We all want to believe that most massage therapists are good people & that they are there to heal you, ultimately "helping you to feel better." This is not always the case, unfortunately. I contacted ProActive Therapeutic Massage, Owner Harrison Vickers and my first instinct was that he did not come across as the healing type. He was somewhat abrasive & controlling from the first time we spoke, but I didn't listen to my inner voice and consequently it was a lesson learned the hard way.
