Pro Style Express Barber Shop

Walk-ins are always welcome here. Most of the time I don't have an appointment when I go for my haircut. I walked in and sat down immediately in Nigel's chair. He is the owner/Master Barber, I knew that I was in good hands. And I got a great cut too.

The older gentleman that works there is very rude and almost broke his pick off in my sons head. I understand these kids wear that nappy look and it has to be picked out before its cut but I've never had someone be so disrespectful and pick my sons head like that. Instead of him picking it out the right way he was doing it to the point where my son had tears in his eyes and I had to say something to him. Never had an issue before with any of the other barbers there but he will never be cutting my son's hair again. That is just horrible customer service and the owner said absolutely nothing! All it takes is one bad apple! Never again! I thought I was going to have to literally get out of my chair and lay hands on him. It was like me watching someone abuse my child. Just horrible and unn

Upon entering the shop there was a group already waiting for their turn so I waited. Soon the waiting was getting smaller and smaller. By the time it was my turn I thought a barber was going to ask me if I was ready or if I had a preference, but no one did ask me that question. In the meantime a new customer walked in approach a barber one of six and then sat down. When that barber was done he immediately went to that new customer and service him. By this time all of the customers who were ahead of me has been already seen by their prefer barber. At that time that's when I just walked out. I just had an experience of what when a black individual walks into an all white barbershop. In my case, I walked into a all black barbershop and I was the only white guy there. I feel so discriminated.

First im white all barbers were black. My son had a interview in shopping center and stopped there to get his haircut before interview. We walk up 1 barber outside talking to a woman we walk in 1 is cutting a boys hair and 1 sitting in chair playing on his phone and i think maybe one standing in back door way. The 1 cutting hair asked if we needed help we said yes he then asked barber playing on his phone if he was going to help he said no and randomly said someone else was. When the one out front was done talking he sat down outside and just looked at us. One in back also just stood there we could see the 1 cutting the boys hair was getting up set so we got up and left. Most racist shop ive been too. We were not assisted because of race. The other 3 barbers were jerks. The 1 cutting hair

I've always had a pleasant experience at this shop. In fact I placed a call myself. Sure enough just what I expected Professional. I got excatly what i asked for and in a timely manner. I think you guys should try your calls again. I had no problem. Good luck!
