Pro Nails

I love the nails, but my nails are uneven. She messed up the palm trees on my left ring finger as you can see if you zoom in. She didn't communicate at all when she wanted my hands out of the blue light, instead she grabbed my wrists. She laughed at my daughter accidentally knocking their golden tree of nail examples over onto herself even after my daughter started screaming and crying (my daughter is very possibly autistic). She seemed very much so in a rush and wasnt careful with my nails whatsoever. When I told her she cut my thumb nails too short the first time, she took them off but didnt take all of the residue or anything off. She left my nails underneath an absolute mess and rushed me when it came time for paying. I got charged more than my friend even tho we both got designs on on

Lisa is my fav!! She’s been doing My manicures and pedicures for over 10 years! She treat you like family! She communicates well, she is kind and most of all does exactly what you ask her to do! 10 years is a Long time! Not one bad experience ever!!

While I loved the nails, the lady drilled off my cuticles and left 5 open wounds on my fingers! So painful to do anything with my hands now and this was my first acrylic set so I thought the pain was normal. Won’t be returning, this feels very unprofessional (And yes I expressed I was in pain and was practically ignored!)

I was so nervous to get my nails done and have them turn out badly. But the woman who did my nails was so sweet and even did tests of what my nail color would look like on different bases! My nails look amazing and everyone was so sweet!
