Pro Nails

My daughter got her nails done and the guy cut her not once but twice, did not even apologize. Next day less than 24 hours after getting them done the color starts peeling off. They offer to fix them but my daughter said she is done and don’t want them touching her anymore. Said she doesn’t do refunds. When I told her that my daughter wasn’t coming back she offered to give $20 back from her total.

And at least for me they do great art. Also one of my girlfriends loved it. She is treated like royalty. The amount you pay is average, other salons actually charge much more in the area. I LOVE this place! I used to go to the one at the outdoor mall but this one is my favorite! They don't rush but it's fast, I've never waited longer than 15 minutes and I'm always a walk in. I've even went in 10 minutes before closing when i har broken a few nails and they still took me! They do amazing designs, they're knowledgeable and will tell you and explain it if something is wrong and will fix it. My hands are always in water so with me they watch for mold and if my tips need to be replaced all together, ect. They're so polite and for someone like me who doesn't pamper herself and just needs a little bit of me time this is my place of choice. Went for a simple soak off of s&s nails and my hands were still dirty and the dark color that my nails were before I stood at their sink and scrubbed and scrubbed my hands for 10 minutes still had the residue from where they soaked my nails off and then when I said something she just gave me a alcohol cotton swab and was like that's what happens when you get dark colors on your nails. I paid for a service to remove the nails and to have my nails cleaned looking nice and my hands look like I work at a car garage

Kim is a nail Queen! She knows exactly what I want and how to do them! I am obsessed with my new nails and she never disappoints me! No one does nails like her!!! Absolutely worth every penny every single time!!
