Pro nails & spa

I am not from the area and went to this salon based on it having good reviews and being open later than others. The tech was rude and rough. My cuticle bled when she shoved it back and she never even acknowledged it, just painted around it. The gel mani is thick and bubbling and all my nails are a different shape. I’ve had many manis and this is by far the worst. Tech seemed mad to be there, honestly.

I’ve been coming to this salon for 3 years and all I can say is that Julie knows what she’s doing my nails always come out the way I want them she’s truly talented.

I’ve been to this nail salon several times and usually have a good experience, but my most recent visit was very disappointing. I requested French tips on my toes and was immediately told they were “very expensive.” I said that was fine and that’s what I wanted. Then, when I sat down to get my nails done and showed a design I liked, another nail tech again said it was “very expensive.” At no point did I ask about pricing, and being repeatedly reminded about cost felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. It honestly made me feel judged based on my appearance. I had a long day at work and simply wanted to get my nails and toes done before my vacation, but the overall experience felt unwelcoming and negative. Unfortunately, because of how I was treated, I won’t be returning.

Always clean. Always kind. Always willing to try any crazy design I ask for. I’ve never been told, “Sorry, we can’t do that here”. The nail techs at Pro Nails will always work with their customers to make them happy!

This was one of the first places I went to get my nails done when I moved to CT and it is the only place I continue to go back to every time!! Their pedicures are incredible and my nails always come out how I want them. 10/10 recommend to everyone in the area
