Pro Nails & SPA (Rt 41& grand in front of Speedway)

I have my own natural nails with acrylic over lay. My nails are long. I went in for Thanksgiving the tech did a fabulous job. I came back for Christmas the owner says we need to cut your nails off start over. I said why? I don't want to cut my natural nail. He says they would be better. It's a week later all my nails are lifting up. My nail on point finger located on right broke. I must add they where really all over with me during my service and pedicure was done however the tech left my feet hard let's just say that. Everything was a joke and I was serious. 115.00 for my nails and toes basic pedicure 30.00 no chip made price 50.00. Im accustom to paying this rate however nails should last at minimum of 2 weeks. I came here on accident thinking I was going to my appointment at the other pro nails on grande. I didn’t realize I was at the wrong one til it was too late and I’m sort of happy it happened! I almost never leave a nail appointment happy because I have major OCD and always feel stressed about SOMETHING. Not this time! Lucky (I think) did my nails and he was great! Gave me honest opinions, explained why he did things the way he did. Many sticker and design options, great colors. I literally love my nails! I got a pedicure also and I didn’t get her name but was very sweet and did a good job as well!

I loved my nails even with the top coat being so thick and not evenly distributed and their being thick acrylic under my nails, but throughout these past 2 days my cuticles have swollen and been itchy and have tiny abrasions. During the process he was rough and I kept pulling back to let him know and then I told him it hurt but he said “I guarantee it doesn’t hurt and you won’t get hurt” so I proceeded and I tipped well. Not only does the acrylic around my nails look ashy, it’s hard to get off because my cuticles hurt too much to scrub it off

I love coming here! Ever since the new ownership, it’s gotten so much better experience wise and i always go to my number one guy lucky or Linda, but the other lady who works there and does nails is also amazing. I’m definitely going to be coming here everytime I need my nails/toes/eyebrows done.

!COST WAY TO MUCH FOR POOR QUALITY! Main guy running the place Grabbed my wrist very hard when i was reaching to sign in. At that very moment i felt overpowered UNCOMFORTABLE and ready to leave. Bil was nice. No one seemed to want to deal with my nails (to long) Not friendly with LONG NAILS 2nd time coming and still highly unsatisfied. 85 for stiletto. $85.00 FOR THIS! (Thats glue all under my nails acrylic all over my skin, poorly shaped acrylic lay, poor customer service from main guy.) Bill being rushed by him deliverd poor quality. Several cuts.
