I have been going to pro nails for a little over 6 years every 2 weeks religiously! This place is the absolute best🥰 I've been in alot of nail salons over the last 15 or more years and Im so glad I found this place! I went to it years ago for a couple of years and moved towns. When I came back it still felt as warm and welcoming as the first time! They are all so professional and kind! Everytime I come in everyone knows me by name and always takes great care of me when I go in no matter if I have a crazy nail inspo! Jade is an amazing nail tech! So thank you jade for always going above and beyond to make every experience the best! On 1/5/25 I visited this salon for a full set. I didn’t ask for anything special, just basic French tips. I’ve been to this nail salon before and never had problems, so this experience was really disappointing. Unfortunately they turned out uneven, spotty, and messy. I even pointed it out and asked if it could be fixed, but nothing was done. The day after my appointment, I noticed an infection. I believe was caused by over-filing. She kept filing the sides of my nails and my cuticles when it wasn’t needed, and I bled multiple times. My nails and cuticles were completely messed up afterward which you can see in the photos below. I had to drain pus from my nail myself, which was extremely painful and shows the service was either unsanitary or way too rough. Customer service wasn’t the best

Emily is the best! I had my pedicure done today at Pro and nail spa. Emily did a great job. She really takes her time with the clients and her work is really neat and precise. I would highly recommend her. I am so pleased with the service.

The whole staff is so welcoming as soon as you enter. They make sure you are comfortable & treat you with kindness and respect. Tina is my lady & I love how she always does my nails. She’s gentle & always does a good job. 💯% recommend them

First time in was great😀 went back for a fill which was ok she only burned two of my fingers 😳 but then as I chose my mail color I noticed a pink glittery one she said you want that one I said sure she said that catseye when she finished and I went to pay for this glittery Pink polish not cats eye no magnet nothing she charged me $50 for a fill and polish. I am very disappointed in her performance and I had left a $5 tip before I paid the outrageous amount for plain pink polish
