Today I went in for a gel manicure. It was an afterthought. I have my maternity photo shoot today and I totally forgot about my nails. So I quickly found an inspiration Photo, walked in without an appointment and they gave me to Mindy. She was so happy and cheerful. I typically don’t like to talk during my service appointments so I appreciated that she was quiet, but friendly! When I had a question about a future service, she quickly got me somebody that could answer my question. I thought she did a really good job, especially with it being a last-minute after thought on my part and a walk-in appointment on a Saturday and almost every nail having a design or gems on them. The color is way off for a French and when I asked the woman she said that’s normal. I have had this done for several years and never had this very bright pink color. I had to ask several times to make the line smaller and she nicked me twice. The last time I went to this location was great and I brought my daughter this time. I will never go back and I will make sure people I know not to go spend their money there. . Sorry to be a Karen but this is unacceptable

Usually I don’t make bad reviews, but she cut 5 of my fingers and she was nice and apologized… but then tried to get me to see something about my nails as to why that happened and then at the end told me I should be putting Vaseline on my cuticles because they are dry. First of all, they’re not dry and I put lotion on everyday, second of all it’s winter am I the only person with “dry” cuticles? and so then shouldn’t you go more gentle if that’s a known thing? Like I said she was very nice and one was cut I said no problem it’s okay and then I look down to 4 others bleeding a decent amount. She was nice and obviously wasn’t her intention but….

I went to get a set of Priscilla Presley inspired nails. The quality and professionalism of this salon is outstanding. The staff were amazingly kind and so accommodating. They carefully checked for any mistakes or clumsy work. Gorgeous. 10/10, would recommend. Not to mention the salon had such a relaxing atmosphere to it.

Awful. The tech was rushing. Didn’t even do what a full manicure entails but charges me for one. There’s left over polish on my skin and bare spots on the edges. Got regular polish on my toes even after being asked multiple times if I want gel. The lady then tells me it’s extra money to have old polish removed. Since when? I think she wanted extra money since I wouldn’t do gel. Total of $65 for these nails and regular polish added to my toes without full pedicure. Never going back.
