Pro Nails Spa

Dude was so rough with me and kinda just sped through the entire process. I never get my nails done and I’m left with butchered nails and my cuticles weren’t even cut. Not to mention before he even touched my hands he made me feel self conscious by saying “where is nails” “you bite” this entire experience was absolutely horrible and to charge me $60 for them to look this way after looking forward to having my nails done after years I never want to do this again

Service was horrible. I called ahead to make sure my 92yr old grandpa could get his nails done they told me it would be 30mins so I ran into Walmart nextdoor to pickup his prescription came back 20mins later and they told me they couldn't do him and it would be another hour before they could see him as we was leaving they had 2 people show up to have their nails done. I guess Pro Nails don't do elderly people, I guess they thought he was too much of a liability, I don't know.

This place always does a great job on my nails. Never had a wait of more than a few minutes. But I do go early. Very gentle, he doesn't tear apart my cuticles like some places tend to do. The gentleman always makes sure I get what I asked for. Very reasonably priced.

I’m giving 2 stars, one for the man who did one of my nieces Pedicure, he did a good job and so did the lady who did their nails. Another because they have ok color selections. Then again I only gave them 2 because the service was not so great. For one, they were a bit crowded to only have 4 people on the floor, 1 in the front doing nails, for 13 walk ins. It took longer to get my service started, and took the man, less than 10 min to do my pedicure. I had them in the water for about 2 min then he began with the nail drill to clean my toe nails from excess cuticle I guess. It hurt a bit because he was going so fast the rim burned the edges of my toes. As soon as he was done I put them in the water, then back up again, he began cutting my cuticles without having any oils to help soften them

They did an absolutely great job, the only issue I had was being charged an extra 10 dollars even though the matte was only an extra 5 dollars. I'd say they're worth 50 but being double charged ain't it sis
