No matter what design I ask for, he executes it perfectly and brings my vision to life. I made an appointment at Pro Nails and Spa for 5:45 PM for a full set of acrylics and an eyebrow wax. When I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes just to be seated. Once I was finally sat, the nail tech was clearly rushing and barely acknowledged me — he spent most of the time chatting with his colleague instead of focusing on the service. I asked for almond-shaped nails with a simple design and even showed a reference photo. Unfortunately, the result was extremely rushed. The shaping was inconsistent — some nails were longer than others, some crooked — and the design was blotchy and sloppy. The photos speak for themselves.
