Absolutely horrible service. Usually I go to some nails I was recommended to come here from a girlfriend who has really nice designed nails so I decided to give it a go. upon arrival I showed a picture of what I wanted to the girl (yes I’m a perfectionist and like boujie nails but it wasn’t over the top). Instantly she said “no I can’t do that”. Then I requested just a plain colour then as I was already there which she fought me on for 10 mins before finally saying ok sit down. The guy filed my skin more than my nails, I had to tell him multiple times to fix the shaping, he was missing polish on places, just horrible. The fact they would even be ok with me leaving the place with nails like this is insane to me. I went to soie nails instantly after and got them removed and an actual set put

Worse set of nails I've ever gotten!!!! None of the nails are shaped the same, placed the tips so high up it looks like there is almost no nail bed. Also had to go back to get 1 nail fixed, gap between the nail and tip. Instead of fixing it properly she hacked away at my natural nail underneath to fix it. Guess hacking away enough until it bled is no big deal right?!?!?

Very unfriendly business. Only accept cash. Not at all pleased with service. No massage or hot towels. Nails not cleaned well and polish app was sloppy. A kid could do better. A waste of time and money. Will definitely be going elsewhere for spa services in tge future. This is the home of the 20 minutr pedicure

she has a big mouth--if she does not want a challenge she should not be in business. i will never never go back . and i will not recommend her to anyone---rude-gives medical advice not wanted or asked for. SAD PART IS SHE DOES A GOOD JOB

First time going and they took me In right away when I called! They were so professional and very lovely to talk with! My nails turned out amazing!! Will definitely be going back!!
