Pro Nails

Worst nail place by far!!!! I had to stop the guy and ask for another nail tech as he clearly didn't know what he was doing and the one guy proceeded to still grind a way I politely let him know it wasn't ok I had asked if he could get a different nail tech and he continued on anyways and told him give me the price I owe so I can go to a different location. 3rd time of a terrible experience won't be back!!! Ps using husbands account 😀

The wait was not 10 minutes as per lady that greeted me, i now have been waiting 30 minutes. Customer Service sucks... i will not be back!

Ty did my pedicure and my fill on my nails. He was very fun and thorough. Also on my nails he tried a couple different techniques until we were both happy with the results. Will definitely be my go to place now and Ty will be my go to guy. Also didn’t have an appt and they fir me in within 5 minutes. And also 3 other people brought little girls in to have their nails painted and the other guy and ladies were very good with them. Thought that was worth noting. Y’all go check them out!

I got my nails done for Christmas & they turned out exactly how i planned i absolutely love them!

I went in there to get my feet painted and it took over 1hr🫩 for a polish change and when it was time to get my polish change a lady that was waiting after me went before me ...wow , really ? I was not happy about that at all , thats not how you treat your customers and with all that wait , just for a 5 min polish change PISSED 😐
