Pro Nails

I NEVER write reviews on anything ever. But this place was soooooo dirty. The floors, the materials, the tables. Everything was so dirty! I was genuinely disgusted I don’t even know why I stayed. Also my gel manicure looks really bad too. So all in all I don’t recommend and will not be returning.

I came back here after over a year of going to other places. I wasn’t sure if they were still open & glad that they are. I know not everyone has had the best experience here but since the pandemic this place has really improved. The pedicures are the best. No hot stone treatment, unfortunately, but the reflexology skills are hard to find at other salons. They tend to have random movies on which is great because I’m someone who is a film fanatic and has a skills background in video. It’s great to reminisce over the films they play. The manicures are great. Very meticulous & no rush jobs when I come here. Definitely, going to start coming here again. Every three weeks. Decided to go in on a whim because I needed a refill, and this place is close to my work. I was seated immediately. I was a little hesitant after reading some negative reviews, but honestly, my nails looked amazing! The guy who did my nails wasn't super friendly but by no means rude or nasty. He was fast and efficient. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews about not being friendly. Im there for a service not to make new friends. My nails looked amazing and probably the best prices in the area. I will definitely be returning!

This has nothing to do with the way they do nails. I've had pedicures done there and they were ok. I am writing this review because the last time I was there a few months ago, they had large jars of candy near the nail drying station. Beware. I saw live roaches climbing around in the candy. If they are there, they are everywhere. I tried to quietly tell the woman at the counter, I didn't want to broadcast it to the other customers, and she looked at me like she didn't understand what I was saying. She knew exactly what I was saying. I would never trust the cleanliness of their tools and work stations.

While my nails are nice the experience was not. The man that did my nails was rough, had a long thumb nail that he constantly dug into my fingers. He held onto my fingers too tightly. He would grab my arm aggressively and pull it towards him. At one point my elbows were on the resting pad on the table. He burned me while using the dremmel. I don't know about you but I look forward to a relaxing time while getting my nails done. This was not comfortable. Sir, please cut your nails and lighten up on the pressure, all around.
