Pro Nails

I got my nails and toes done here. The foot service was okey but my nails were hideous. The nail tech told me they can’t really do designs with regular nail polish after I decided to do regular nail polish and start the design. I thought the design was simple enough for them to be able to do since I understand these nail salons can’t do complicated designs Initially they told me it was $28 for the acrylics and then when I was paying they charged me $48. Apparently they charge extra for “long nails” but didn’t notify me as I was getting my service done. Also it makes no sense to charge for length when that should be included in the initial pricing or at least tell the customer. I understand the issues with the design and was willing to settle with the poor quality but charging so much addit

NINI is my girl!!! She’s amazing. I have super short nails and she makes them look perfect every single time. $30 for a gel manicure is so reasonable to me. Cheapest and best service in the whole city. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to this establishment for about 4-5 years off and on. The service is a hit or miss, depending on the nail tech...but they have fairly nice prices (but I guess you get what you pay for) . After my last experience, I will not be returning or referring any new customers. I came straight to the salon after work, simply wanting a basic gel manicure. As I was getting my nails done, the nail tech kept showing the color to the nail tech beside them...most of the conversation was in another language but at the end the nail tech replied "beautiful color though"...that made me think something was wrong. He then took out a napkin and begin wiping the nail polish brush. Once he put my nails under the UV lamp, that is when I knew the color was old. EVERY nail had a ripple after

I don't usually come here for a few reasons but im very very very ×10 picky about my nails. They do a pretty decent job and take you in pretty quick. This visit I got pretty much what I wanted. But I pay way to much close attention, and I notice a few dents and some nails look uneven. I should point out I don't "demand" or request for things to be changed so I'm pretty sure if you let them know they'll do and/or fix it but I don't like to bother. (again because I'm picky)

I went here on 2/14 for a gel manicure. Today is 2/17 and I have 4 chips, one split and 2 uneven blobs. There is a reason why stoped going here a couple of years ago but with all new people I have them a chance since I didn’t have time to get across town to my favorite regular place.
