Pro Nails

This place is not clean n very unprofessional... they choose " they clients " n don't respect first come .... I call to make an appointment n they say they don't... when I got there they make me wait... when it was my turn they let another one take my spot n they told me that she made an appointment.... so unprofessional.... bad service.... I been in this place twice n they don't really disinfect they stuff..... UPDATE: JUST BECAUSE IT DIDN'T HAPPEN TODAY DOESN'T MEAN IT DIDN'T HAPPEN... THE OWNERS ARE RACIST... STOP PRETENDING

(UPDATE: I've been going here ever since and very welcoming. I'm usually here for eyebrows and Jenny always does me so well, the amount of attention I get is crazy love the service credits to Jenny!) Eyebrows were done really here well I would recommend, got lots of compliments next day.

I went to Sonny for eight years before he started at Pro nails, he does great work. We had a great cliental relationship. I saw his children grow and we talked in great length about our family life. Once he got to Pro nails all that stopped. Every time I went in his wife and the rest of the women would talk about me, mock the way I spoke and even got mad at him for being kind to me and asking how I was and if me and the kids had everything we needed after my husband passed. That seemed to upset her greatly. It got so bad one day he even noticed that they're laughter and mocking had affected me, he gently patted my shoulder as if to say " poor dear" he never said anything to them. Needless to say I never went back. No professionalism from her and no loyalty from him.

Sign displayed states they are open Sunday at 9:30 am however they are closed

I've been a Pro Nail customer for over two years and have continued because I've received superior service every time. I've been made to feel important and, more importantly, beautiful!!
