Pro Nails

This was my first time getting my nails done professionally, I didnt want to waste money on press ons so I chose to spend a bit extra. It was 55 dollars, the man was very nice, friendly, funny, kind. I didnt really have the heart to complain but my nails kind of look like a pringles potato chip, they are kind of bent and crooked.

Pro what? Terrible experience. Wedding today, wanted an in and out. Decided to give them my business... WHO CAN'T SEE THE WHITE LINES OF POLISH? Just correct the mess you made.. no fussing from me at all and will pay you what you charged. Business suffers when you don't do what you say "PRO" Nails. Then had the nerve to tell me it was me and don't come back. You never ever have to worry about that Mr!

Honestly very disappointed, customer service was very poor ! The guy/ owner who ever he is was unreasonably rude and unprofessional. Was triggered when I showed him a picture of my inspo nails and told me they don’t go based on inspo pictures and they don’t have OPI which I understand but sir your falling short of market demand, also unnecessarily raised his voice and told me to go to another salon, mumbling about me as I was getting my nails by a different technician …..like I said bad experience. I’m a very pacific person so I respectfully continue to get my nails done because I wasn’t going to let a stranger ruin my day. And to mention I got my nails 2-3 days ago and my acrylic full set is chipping ?!!? I recommend switching to OPI 🤧

Amazing service! Love them! Always professional and gives us what we show or ask for! My daughter and I go there every two weeks and they are truly like family to us. My daughter feels loved and welcomed. The prices are great for the both of us including nails and toes. Recently started my mom going there as well!

He got acrylic under my nails tried to tell me it was my “nail bad” but started yelling at me and the lady recorded me as if i still wasn’t paying. He said he recommend i don’t come back & im picky because my only complaint was the acrylic which is usually filed down so your skin doesn’t feel glued to nails. it’s also BUBBLES in my nail he refused to fix and said its apart of my nail being bad. He finished it off with im “scaring “ the ladies there for saying im not happy with my nails . (i’m black) obvious bubbles he did not want to fix out of my nail im too pick for a $50 clear coat no polish even used.
