Clean facility with an extensive menu for pedicures. I upgraded to the herbal pedicure and it was a truly relaxing first time experience.

The nail tech was friendly and the set itself came out fine, but I was disappointed with the pricing transparency. I was quoted $65 for a short full set. At checkout, I was charged $85 due to a French tip and being told the service “took a long time,” even though it only took about an hour, which is standard for a full set. There was no mention of an upcharge before starting, and I would have appreciated clarity on pricing upfront. I don’t mind paying extra when it’s communicated beforehand, but surprise charges at checkout are not okay. Because of that, I won’t be returning.

Went 2 ½ days ago. As always, they were able to accommodate my 10 year old and I upon walking in. Great atmosphere. Attentive staff. Gentle while cleaning and applying product. Their selection of colors are extensive and great quality. The person that worked on my daughter was very sweet, listened to her, asked her questions, advised her on how not to mess up her polished nails as they dry. Even though she did... 4 times... really great, kind, patient. She cared for her so well I was very grateful. Her polished (two colors, 2 layers, approx $12) nails lasted this far.. as seen in photos. The lady who did my nails was great. Wish she would have painted the sides and the very tips of each nail... and i wish she would have gotten a little closer to a cuticle but I assume it's just so tha

My daughter recommended this place couple years ago but she stopped going there because of the owners attitude. I didn’t know this until i was talking to her about my latest negative experience here, once again and that’s when she mentioned it to me. I kept coming here because it was Covid and the owner was really struggling with business so I felt bad and didn’t want to disappoint her. However in the last year I’ve noticed the negative attitude change. They became very unfriendly and rushed for some reason. Still, I kept making excuses and telling myself that they are just having a bad day and kept coming back, even all the way from Monroe just to make sure they got my business. NEVER COMING BACK. I came in recently to get a full set and a pedicure for an upcoming trip to see some family. I'm new to the area and wanted to try out a new place to get my nails done. It wasn't too busy when I went in being that it was around 10am and it was just me and one of there regulars. As I'm getting my pedicure, all is well. The lady during my pedicure looked to be the youngest worker there but I didn't think much of it. As she's filing my toe nails, I felt a PAINFUL RIP. She pulled out my ENTIRE NAIL WALL. And now it's infected, never has this ever happened to me. But I guess it's my fault for trying out a hole in the wall nail shop. DO NOT COME HERE! BEWARE OF RACIAL PROFILING AND CARELESS HANDLING!!!
