Pro Nails Lutherville

I got a gel manicure here, but unfortunately it started peeling within a week. The polish was lifting from the base and even catching in my hair. Gel manicures normally last much longer, so I was disappointed with the durability. The staff was nice, but the quality did not meet my expectations.

Horrible customer service. They don’t do your nails like you like them, and if you say something they give an attitude like they’re doing your nails for free. I have wounds and I bled from almost every finger, shape is not at all what I wanted, and even though I got them done yesterday they look like I had them done a week ago!

Great service overall! Zen (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was wonderful—warm, personable, and very helpful. However, the other employees came across a bit robotic, as if they weren’t able to engage on a more personal level with customers. 🤷🏽‍♀️ but I’ll go back because of her!

I’ve been coming here since 2015 for monthly manicures, and this is the most time and cost-effective, high-quality nail care I’ve found. It’s a beautiful salon space, well maintained, and clean. The right technician can remove your old (dip/acrylic/gel), and give you a beautiful new set within one hour. Customer service is so-so. They’re not the friendliest bunch, and every now and then you’ll get a new technician that’s a little too rough. But I continue to come back because the dip manicures easily last me 1 month (sometimes longer!) so I get the best bang for my buck here. Reservations are not required, but it’s a popular salon, so if you want to avoid waiting, you can make a same-day appt. 😃

I have had the worst experience in this establishment! I have been coming here since 2019 when my favorite nail technician of 10 years joined this spa. The owners ( I believe his name is Max, not sure of wife’s name) are very rude. In the 6 years I have been coming here, I have never felt welcomed. Sometimes, the wife looks upset that I walked in there. She has never greeted me even when she is the one sitting at the desk. About 5 years ago, she openly yelled at me because of a problem with appointment time. I continued patronizing them because of the technician who I have known for 10 years.
