Found my hair guy Ryan in there lmao funny guy 😁 It's usually packed to the brim (which is a good sign for quality) so there is a bit of a wait sometimes. But rest assured because my wife's nails and feet looked AMAZING! AND it's very affordable to do both at the same time! We found my wife's new favorite nail salon, it might just be yours too! I have used them in the past and always had nothing but great things to say. Needless to say this past experience wasn’t the greatest. Heather or Hannah was my nail tech and was very rude, very unprofessional and just lacks customer service in general. The place is deplorable and truly needs to be deep cleaned on a higher level than they tend to care to do. Don’t plan on going back and will either find a new nail tech that is kind and communicates with clients. Another issue is there is no pricing listed any where which should be listed so customers know what to expect to pay for services instead of the pricing being conflicted and each client not paying the same price for services. I am very disappointed with my experience! There’s huge gaps between my fingers and the nails are already coming off there’s paint smeared on my fingers and I was given the wrong color multiple times and the woman insisted that it was the right color! I didn’t get what I wanted at all don’t go to pro nails if you don’t want a horrible experience your wasting your time and your money.

This review is for Don-I’ve had gel nail services there and pedicures both decent but recently decided to try acrylic. Don was fast, efficient and friendly. Showed him a picture he took a quick glance and knew what to do. I love my nails I can’t stop looking at them! Update-don moved but everyone I’ve seen since is still so great pic in green is someone new I saw! Love them

I wanted a terracotta shade and when the technician put this color that looked terracotta on the nail sample on my nails, it looked more like orange sherbet. When I tried to find a different color after applying it to one nail, it was too pink with my skin tone. I tried to explain what I was looking for in hopes of having the terracotta shade and the language barrier made it difficult. Those that could speak English were snappy to me and no help. They started to remove me from the chair to go find a color on the wall. I said that still didn’t help because the samples aren’t true to the color when it goes on the nail.
