Pro nails

I don’t usually get my nails done nor go to nail salons but went with my mom for the first time in this place and I must say I had such a good experience! The last photo was my inspo but of course I wanted it slightly shorter but I LOVE how my mint set came out! 🩵💚Currently don’t have a picture of my mom’s but hers came out beautiful with the cat eye effect she requested: I believe who did hers was named Nhi and mine was Tim but I want to thank both of them for providing exceptional service and giving my mom and I beautiful and awesome nail sets!! 💙🤍🩶Will definitely be coming back again for another visit :)

As I stated, I had to come in twice in one week to get my “no chip” manicure fixed. The only liars are this establishment. Your “other clients” heard, because you asked what I needed in front of them & I simply told you a new set or a refund because this one clearly is not what I paid for. Ask yourself if my nails were done properly why would I come back one day just screaming & cursing for fun. Curse words are not even in my vocabulary & I didn’t curse at anyone. I asked for my nails to be fixed for what I PAID FOR because the quality of your product FAILED & was screamed out by the tech as he fixed it. I repeatedly had to ask him to leave me alone after spending MY MONEY. I get my nails done all the time & this is by far the worst shop I have ever been to. Bad business as I said before.

Just know if you pay for no chip they will chip like a bad tooth in the next 2 days & staff will blame you for it. Told nail tech I only wanted no chip on my toes, got charged for it on my nails anyway. No big deal if the quality was good, but it was not. This was only a week ago & I’ve been back twice already to get my “no chip” fixed! While getting them fixed today for the second time I asked for at least a new quality set or refund because I don’t have time to keep running up here when I paid for no chip & this set I was given is in fact not no chip. The staff member refused but did agree to fix the chip. The whole time I was getting my nail fixed he yelled at me about how it’s my fault that his product sucks even though I repeatedly asked him to leave me alone & just fix my nail. I wil

I visited this salon for a gel extension removal and a new acrylic full set. Unfortunately, my experience was quite mixed. First, I had gel extensions that needed a proper soak-off. I specifically told the nail tech that I had Gel X and requested a soak-off because trying to pop them off at home was already causing damage to my natural nails. The proper method, as most nail techs know, involves trimming down the extensions, filing off the top layer, and soaking in acetone before gently scraping off the softened extensions. However, instead of following this process, my tech used an acrylic nail tip to forcefully pop off each extension. This salon is nice clean and spacious. The workers are friendly and well mannered. Ni EATS every single time she lays her hands on me. I highly recommend! 💙
