The female Worker had an attitude anytime I saw something on my manicure I wanted fixed. Then when I told her about a minor issue I wanted fixed she yelled at me and said it was because I kept “moving my hand to check”.I had her take the polish off entirely since she refused to fix what I wanted fixed. 0 respect for customers and not polite or willing to correctly help a situation. The man was very respectful but the woman needs to work on her professionalism. Would not recommend this place

Thu is the absolute best and I love going to her shop. No matter what kind of day I'm having or how I may be feeling once I go and sit in her chair I'll leave feeling like another person, she talks to you and she treats you like her friend and I love that. No matter what design I want she never has a problem with it and if she does something that I don't like she'll offer to redo it. So this is hsnds down the best nail shop in fayetteville and her prices are reasonable.

This is where my wife has gone for many, many years. We really enjoy Thu and her staff. She's a lovely lady that we call a dear friend.

First of Google says they close at 730 PM on Saturdays, I come here and the guy said they close at 7 but door still open. The lady told me to wait, then she sends a guy to cut my nails off, this guy is hurting my nails, I told him he was hurting me. I asked is this the right way to take nails off he said I don't have time and we are closed. I said I could of done this at home, the reason why I come here to get them off is so I don't hurt myself. And he said ok you go do it at home. He refuse to keep working on me and he wants me to go home like this. Update Review, the lady that took me in to get my nails removed was nice, and apologized for the guys attitude towards me. She was really sweet. Appear to be the owner. She removed and filed my own nails.

The art work was was horrible and sloppywent back to get regular color the within 10-15 minutes due to unsatisfactory and cost with art was 45 plus 2 for credit card but service changed and still charge the same price
