0 out of 10! I do not recommend, went once it was over 100 for a fill and cut down with one broke nail. They do good work so I still went back a second time with my daughter and friends. they turned us ALL away because they changed to appointment only. It’s 2026 if your taxing as it is take walk ins!

Been here twice first time I got my nails done my nails and fingers were so sore. I could barely move them not to mention the color was very ugly. I just went there recently to get my toes done and I told the lady I wanted it white tips with a fake toenail and she just insisted on not doing it and for me to use my real toenail so agreed and she messed them up so bad and she kept cutting me and pinching me when cutting my cuticles

My nails look horrible. I don't know how else to say it. I told the technician what I wanted (longer stilleto or almond) and she argued with me about the length, saying I should keep them shorter because they grow....... No kidding? Didn't know nails grew. Shocking[/Sarcasm] The tech was rude the entire time, acted like she has better things to do, was condescending, cut me with the drill bit TWICE, and at the end of it all, my nails look like crap. They're incredibly bulky, she didn't even bother filing around the cuticle area to make it flush and even, and one of my thumbs has natural nail showing at the corner because she didn't size the nail form correctly. The thumbs are also both crooked. My natural thumb nails aren't crooked, so?... No idea what happened there. Also, dang near EVERY

The staff here is RUDE. I went in to get my nails done (called prior to coming) I was not greeted with a hello or hi or smile or anything. Instead the woman asks me with a crappy tone “are you the one who called”. I said yes. She came over and asked what I wanted and I showed her a picture.. she then proceeds to argue with me and tell me that what I want isn’t dip (I have always done dip no matter what it is that I want at my previous nail salon with NO issues.). I only came here because I was looking for a salon closer to home, so despite the reviews not being as nice as my other salon I decided to give it a shot as I don’t always have the time to make the long drive.. But instead of being decent human beings they were RUDE and very very UNWELCOMING. I left after the woman argued with me
