Pro Nails

I asked for my nails to be soaked off and walked out of this store crying. I was the only one in there at the time and got started quick. The boy was my nail tech and while he was filing off the polish on top of them, a female coworker gave him the bowl of acetone and got it ready and everything. I asked him “do I put my nails in it now?” And he said no but then I heard him mock me under his breath. He then made a mm sound and then moved the bowl of already prepped bowl of acetone away. Then he grabbed the nail clippers and started cutting my nails without even checking if he was cutting my natural nails off or not. When he cut my ring fingers nail off, my nail literally split open. What?! I had to bite my tongue to not make any sounds. He then got a fake nail tip and slid it under my acry

If I could give 10 stars I would! I wasn’t able to get very many pictures, but the service was quick, no nonsense and still very relaxing. I got a standard pedicure with polish and the nail tech did a gorgeous job!! Best pedicure I’ve gotten in the Brunswick/StSimons area! I had an exfoliating treatment at home a week or so before i came in for an appointment, and the nail tech was gentle and yet really effective at removing the peeling and rough skin, and using more moisturizer on the areas that needed it. 100% am going back! Wish I got everyone’s names tho! Everyone was really nice!

Terrible service and dishonest technicians! I went in for a simple eye brow wax and the technician butchered my service, and when I politely confronted her, she lied about it and said I didn’t have to pay. I left feeling disappointed and disgusted and I will be calling the health department on Monday morning. I am totally flabbergasted at the audacity of these people. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my 40 years of life! Do not go here!

Great experience! The gentleman there was able to fix a bad dip manicure another salon did earlier in the same day! Appreciate his time and patience!

I should have read the reviews. The pedicure wasn’t bad except for the polish. I had acrylic nails put on and now have tiny cuts on most of my fingers from her using a dremel on my nails and the cuticles. The nails look and feel awful.
