Pro Nails

First of all they refused service to me because I had a service animal. Went back the man in there was very rude and this is what I got. I will never go there again. He also over charged me.

Cindy and her husband are amazing stylists. They are friendly and professional. I do recommend making an appt since they can get prettybusy at times.

The owners of this shop are so amazing!! They are very helpful and great artist!! She does great job on my eyebrows in fact she’s the only person I let near them! I always have her husband do my nails and they are always great :) I’ve been to quite a few shops in and around Winter Haven and this shop is by far my favorite!!! Remember she does great waxing and if you want your nails done ask for him!!! Her mother does pedicures and she does great job as well, takes her time and really wants to make your feet look as good as possible!!! I don’t get why there are bad review but hey to each is own!!! Try it you won’t be disappointed!!!!

They are so rude. Especially the man. He will litterly file and drill so hard the sides of your nails will hurt for a week. If you go with family or a friend they make rude comments if you talk to each other. Tina the owner will say you all talking gets on my nerves. I have given them several chances and even brought it to their attention how rude they are. I only went there to spend time with my niece . They won't get another penny of my money.

I’ve been before with my mom to get pedicures and never had any issues, and my mom always had the best experience until she didn’t. My elderly mom went by herself and she was treated very poorly. She’s diabetic and can’t reach her feet. The guy yelled to her she needs to use a brush on her feet where everyone in the salon could hear, and making comments about her legs and feet and how she needs to go often. When someone is on a fixed income, they can only come when they can. Worst experience from them and we will not be returning.
