Pro Nails (Amery)

I had a few concerns when I came here. I noticed they don’t sanitize tools between clients or change drill bits between clients. I also noticed they rush through the prepping portion of the service and this was the first nail salon I had been to where they didn’t trim cuticles. But besides that, I was happy with my results until today. My nail cracked while I was just doing dishes. Just less than a week after getting them done. It was barely hanging on and extremely painful, so I called the salon and explained clearly “My nail is cracked and hanging on by a thread. I got them done only six days ago.” I made an appointment to have it fixed. I drove all the way there, sat down, and without even speaking to me or looking at my nail, the technician immediately put a drill directly on it. The d

They are all artists is every way! I told them to go crazy and do whatever they wanted with my nails, and I was not disappointed! Beautiful work every time.

I got my prom nails done and I have never had such an amazing experience anywhere else! The woman that did my nails was polite, friendly, and did an amazing job. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because my mom got a gel manicure well I was getting my set done and she was not happy at all. The man that did her nails was talking on the phone and maybe listening to music the whole time, didn’t give her the right color, and was rushing. To be fair it was already 6 but the website said they close at 6:30 so we thought we’d have enough time. The green nails are what I got and the purple were the inspiration I asked for it in green and silver btw
