Pro Nail

I would give zero stars if I could. Been going here for years because they have the lowest prices. You get what you pay for. This is the 3rd time they have completely rushed my pedicure, did not remove any cuticles at all and the entire pedicure took 15 minutes. 3 days later I look at my toenails and they are laughable. The full toenail isn't even painted and the polish is already coming off. For $27 it's a rip-off. It's not a fun or relaxing experience when your nail technician is rushing and not in a great mood. I dislike writing negative reviews and don't know that it's right that we can do such a thing because you want businesses to do well and you want to support them. But I want this business to do better and I don't appreciate how I was treated and the terrible job that they did. I

Went in with my friend to get nails done. And the woman clipped two of my nails before leaving me to go help another customer that the male employee had been working on - versus him just finishing with her. Now as my friend is getting the rest of her nails finished I am sitting with just part of the fake nails on - the woman having not even bothered to finish my nails. Instead I have to wait for the man to finish my friends nails before I can try the stuff on to get my full set of acrylic nails finished. 10/10 do not recommend unless you want to be sitting and waiting forever.

Husband and wife team! I love that they only do appointments. I come in and don't have to wait!! Mike does amazing work for acrylic nails!!! I cant say enough wonderful things about Pro Nails!

One star rating was the lowest I could go but I would give this place a zero. Rude owners and this place looks dirty. I walked in for a Mani, they were only two customers people there and when asked what I needed.. I said “mani with gel” and she said no, turned her head back to the customer she was working with. Did not tell me how long I would have to wait just said no… how rude? I guess they don’t care business.

Mike and Amy are the owners. I’ve been going to them for over at least 5 years. They are always so friendly and welcoming. They really work with me when I need to get in on short notice or need to change my appointment.
