Pro Nail Spa And Waxing

Super kind young lady did my tails today, she was very kind and I appreciated how she helped me figure out a size sense it was my first time with acrylic nails. : )!!

After trying out alot if nail salons in spokane, ive decided that Pro nail Spa and waxing is the best!! I only get acrylic nails and pedicures. Cecilia is my favorite and Sarah is amazing. These ladies do an extraordinary job! My nails look amazing, healthy, plus they dont make them so fricken thick like other places, she also doesn't rip my nails off and they clean !!

I have gotten so many compliments on my nails! That's never happened before I came here. Everyone at this place is friendly and fast and they do a really good job. I got a green catseye polish for Christmas and it's really beautiful. Im definitely going back.

I don’t normally leave reviews because I’m just not that type of person but I came in for the first time yesterday for a fill, and I won’t be back. The guy doing my nails, I believe he said his name was David did a very sloppy job. i had a nude color acrylic previously and he filled it with a pink acrylic which was fine, except you can still see the previous sets color underneath it. The french tip is uneven and very thick on every finger. It just seemed like he was rushing and didn’t care to pay attention to the detail at all. I know I should have said something while I was still there but it just makes me nervous. I’m going somewhere new tomorrow to hopefully get them fixed. Very disappointed :(

Friendly staff and easy for walk in visits. Had to ask the nail tech to paint the edges of the nail. She didn’t seem too annoyed but when there was a speck of dust that dried over and it was obvious, she tried dismissing it and trying to normalize it. If the client is unhappy with the finished look they’ll be paying for, the least you can do it accommodate rather than trying to convince them the defect is okay. So after insisting, she fixed it, seeming a bit more annoyed but the nails look much better now. Won’t be returning though.
