Want a pedicure? Not here, don’t bother -No massage with my pedicure. -Rushed through even though no one was waiting - Poor communication that led to me having to ask more than once for the nail shape I wanted -Edges of toe nails not painted properly. -Did not provide requested added foot massage service and blamed it on me for not reminding them and clarifying after my request -Tried to get me to buy other services when already unimpressed with the 1st - When I went to pay, she had combined my bill and my friends bill together and charged my friend who was unaware until asked -over 35 minutes of drying under the fan and yet the sparkles wouldn’t dry !

This was my first and last time here. Place was dirty. Utensils were dirty. polishes were all dirty. Towels were stained and…dirty. I had to keep blowing on my own nails to make sure the dust was off from the machine since they literally kept trying to paint over the dust on my nails. I’m only giving this one star because the employees were actually so friendly, since if I could give this place a 0 I would.

I went to get my nails done from them on Saturday, 9/3 and two days later on 9/5 two of my nails completely chipped. Mind you this is a gel nail polish set, the polish came clean off. If you zoom in on the other nails the color is discolored and turning green at the base and tip of the nail. I went today, 9/10 to rectify the situation and they gave me terrible service. When I went in to throw them my nails they took no accountability and told me to sit and wait for service. I am sitting waiting to serviced and other customers are coming in and getting serviced before me. When I asked her what was going on instead of coming to speak to me she’s speaking from her chair telling me that I should’ve came back in 3 days if there was an issue with my nails and that she will talk to me when she i

In what world is this ok? Charged me $90 for a gel manicure and pedicure but can’t even shape and paint properly. & 3 layers of color and then another 3 layers of top coat? And don’t get me started on the nail tools, rusted. Towels, dirty. Just a horrible experience over all but that was the only nail salon opened on Juneteenth and I literally had no other choice.

A friend of mine recommended Pro Nails to me and I decided to give it a try. I have never looked back. I have been loyal to Diane as if we were married. She is lovely, reliable, talented and just knows me better than I know myself. My hard gel nails last me 4-5 weeks! It’s unheard of! I’ve told all of my friends and they come as well! I’m so glad I found Diane at Pro Nails and have never been happier with my nails!
