This lady walks up to her and touch her hand telling her kids don’t supposed to be playing in their stuff . While I’m standing there . So I let her know first don’t be talking to a child when their parent is standing there . And she tries to get disrespectful and tell me to leave . I say no you just don’t like me speaking the truth . And two she’s allowed like any other customer to look for things to purchase . How are you going to tell her she’s playing when she’s not just smelling the samples that say tested . As I tell her to walk away because this is going left . She yells and say you can get out . I will never buy from here again, I came in today purchased a red hair dye color and my hair came out orange, and they refused to help and refused a refund, I did not want my hair orange, I always do it red. They are scamming people for their money. Selling products that do not do what they say they will do.

I really love this beauty supply store I go there for anything I need entering my phone number became so much easier at check out I was receiving points for every purchase a $5 off comes at the right time thank you very great customer service

Initially, I was pleased with my visit. I was helped, made a purchase and went on my way. I need to mention that I specifically asked at checkout about the refund policy and they said, "yes, as long as you have your receipt" I went to another store and found a better price. So then naturally, I returned to this store to return the item and was told that I could not get a refund. They pointed to some sign at the register, which I said does not say no refunds. Well it did say no refunds at the very bottom (small font) which was NOT in clear sight and they know it's not which is why they get away with nonsense like this. It was useless to try and get my point across. They ended up giving me store credit, but I was not interested in anything else from the store because of my experience. I h
