Exceptional people, exceptional service and amazing artistic ability to cut very thick long hair for myself and my daughters! We have been coming here for at least 20 years and I have flown back here or waited until I was in town just to make sure Susan and Sam treated me and were the only ones to cut my hair- I wont let anyone else cut my long thick hair! Susan can layer it and manage it beautifully so that it doesnt look like a big unruly fluff! I get compliments:) They are a hidden gem with experience and ability that supersedes many modern trendy shops! They are my go-to and our favorite 😍 They work long and hard and are very dedicated and have a real heart for what they do!

Please avoid this salon if possible. Susan and Sam are very rude. I had the worst experience there. They asked me to come early for my appointment and then made me wait 30 mins. Then they tried to make me reschedule it but I didn’t and I think this made them mad at me. Then later Susan got so mad at me that the whole time she was pulling my hair and if I even asked her anything she would talk very rudely to me. She cut my hair twice more than what I had requested. Then when I asked if she can fix a clip which was pulling my hair, she just lost it and started misbehaving with me. She left my hair half uncut like that. I’ve never encountered such behavior at any salon ever. The worst salon ever!

The person who run this salon, Susan is very disrespectful and has no manners at all. She will make your haircut the worst experience and if you try to tell her anything she will become very rude few and angry. I have never had this kind of experience in any other salon. Be careful of them as they will never keep your appointment and try to make to cancel and reschedule if they are the ones who are running late. She also makes fun of other people’s hair and can make very derogatory comments. BEWARE!

Pro Image Salon has great customer service. Run by a husband and wife team, Sam and Susan provide excellent service and a lovely vibrant space for all your hair care needs. Many loyal customers come here, which is a telling sign of the attentive care they provide to their customers. I'm glad I came here to get my hair done.

Referred here by friend, made an appt.! Upon arrival, I was met with a greeting & a superb waiting lobby, stocked full of neatly diverse hair! So I got a shampoo first, I explained 1 time what I wanted, & the stylist went to work & gave me exactly what I wanted N to perfection plus some, styled asked me how I wanted it styled & with what! This was the most quintessentially Pleasant, most Gracious Hair Salon I have ever been to! Where I left with a haircut exactly as I wanted in the fastest timely manner, yet not 1 feel of a rush, just smooth! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Im truly amazed, so organized if you scheduled an appointment at 3:00pm u will be getting ur hair done at 2:59pm n watch the next appointment come in to the front door! So peaceful n convenient, BLISS! Oh yeah I was even complemented
