Pro Gel Nails

Dissatisfied customer! This is not my usual nail salon, but it was closed Thanksgiving day so I attended this nail salon instead & I never will again. When I first walked in the lady was fast talking, I requested what I wanted and asked for the price & she said she would tell me at the end (like it was a secret) & that’s how they overcharge you. She charged me $135 for Mani with acrylic for natural nail growth & pedi chrome gel polish that didn’t even last for more than 4 days.. I received service on November 28th & took these videos December 2nd. I faithfully get my nails done, so myself and any woman that get her nails done too knows how ridiculous that sounds.. during a recession you pay $135 for nails & feet that doesn’t even last for more than 4 days? Yeah, you would be upset too and

They always do my eye brows amazing. I only really go here for nails if it's last minute. Some times it's a hit or miss with nails. Instruments need to cleaned better. I found out recently that them charging a surcharge or service fee on debit cards is illegal. Only thing that be charged is a credit card.

Please do not go here! Very unprofessional place, the customers are nor treated as they should be. A place for pampering yourself like doing your nails, should be a ambience of peace and good energy. This place was the opposite for me, will not go here again! Don’t waste your money in this nail salon location, I’ve been to other places where the services are better than the ones offered in this location. Best of luck to you ladies!

The place isn't particularly clean, like at all. About the nails themselves: -the pedicure was fine, normal. Nothing to write home about one way or another. -the gel manicure though: (1) she cut me on my thumb which would not be a big deal but i was a bloody, bleeding into the manicure mess and not even a sorry, (2) the final product has bubbles, white (like dust marks) that she would not do over and kept saying was from the sander thing they use and that sometimes happens-bruh this is NOT my first gel rodeo🤦🏾‍♂️, (3) she didn't listen to what i said i wanted in terms of the very light design and on top of everything the lines she did give was crooked... The prices are inexpensive, but i think you definitely get what you pay for...💁🏾‍♂️

Would be much better if the nail techs get off their phones and actually pay attention to what they are doing. Not clean at all, there was a gentleman most likely some kind of tech. Coughing, sneezing all over the place and did not cover his mouth. Disgusting, I only came in here because my nail tech was closed. Never again.
