Pro Finish

The worst experience by far I ever had in a nail salon. The customer service and nail tech from Lisa is the worst Ive ever had to deal with. She had an attitude with me when I told her I don’t like the way my nails are looking, she kept buffing, I tried to trust the process but it was just not it. I told her i want to stop the service and not continue, she insisted on finishing the work so I can pay but I won’t pay for something I don’t like. I did not want to continue wasting her time to finish if I’m not 100% satisfied from the acrylic application and buffing. My nails were literally slanted as she kept buffing. She charged me $20 to remove the acrylic which is so overpriced for doing that. I kept my calm as she was arguing with me because I know I could’ve been very disrespectful to her

I have been going to this nail salon for about 20 years! Everyone there is so kind & professional. I wouldn’t change salons for anything! Tina & the crew are Rock Stars!🌟

Very clean and sanitary. Very nice people. My lady didn't really listen to me though. I asked for a full set of acrylics and she just gave me a basic manicure/ polish. She didn't understand when I protested.

I have been going to ProFinish for over five years, and I can honestly say the experience is always wonderful. Everyone there is friendly, and the salon itself is clean, relaxing, and inviting. Lisa consistently goes above and beyond—she always makes time for me, even when I call last minute in desperate need of new nails. She is kind, incredibly accommodating, and always makes sure I leave happy with the final result. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Lisa was amazing! She was really patient with me and made genuine recommendations. She was very gentle and overall did a great job. The place was very clean and cute.
