They cut me multiple times and one of my nails were lifting. Instead of replacing the nail, as all good nail technicians would, she just poured nail glue and glossed over it. Then she kept messing up the design, horribly at that. All I wanted was a simple "s" shape across my nail. She drew a thin comma shape on the very edge of my nail instead. She would not listen to me and I asked for someone else to do the design. She refused and told me it was fine. It wasn't. I became so frustrated that I began crying, which was extremely embarrassing. The owner came over and did this instead, which was my back up plan. It was not what I wanted and I hate them, and it still wasn't what I asked for. First time there for a pedi, acrylic removal and gel manicure. GREAT EXPERIENCE! Veronica did a great job on my toes and Grace made my nails look top-tier. My new go-to place!

This nail salon is so nice and they do amazing nail work! They recently fit me in, short notice, on a Saturday and started my appointment right on time. Grace did an incredible job on my nails. The only thing is that they are definitely pricey—70$ for gel re-fill nails with my little design. I highly recommend and their work is quality, but be prepared to pay for it!

These women are goddesses. They treat you with respect, do a great job, pay attention to the small details, and finish it all off with a shoulder/hand massage, plus a warm towel. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to this salon for years. Today, I had a scheduled appointment for a basic pedicure and manicure. Midway through my pedicure, a mother/daughter walk-in (no appointment) requesting a pedicure. The salon owner made me finish my pedicure sitting on a wooden bench with my feet elevated on a stepping stool (which is not sanitary). Additionally, a tool was dropped on the floor, picked up, and still used. I understand this is a busy holiday weekend. However, doing something like this to regular customers who make appointments in order to accommodate walk-ins that can't seem to wait is ridiculous. Plus, this cost me $35!! After coming here for years, I will NEVER be back.
